About Simba Recruitment
A trading name of Simba Housing and Estates — connecting the right people with the right opportunities across England, Wales and Scotland.
Our Story
Simba Recruitment was founded with a clear purpose: to bring a more personal, professional, and results-driven approach to recruitment. Operating as a trading name of Simba Housing and Estates, we combine deep sector expertise with a genuine commitment to the people and businesses we serve.
We believe recruitment is about more than filling vacancies. It's about understanding ambitions — both the ambitions of the employers who trust us to find exceptional talent, and the ambitions of the candidates who trust us to advance their careers.
From our base in the UK, we operate across England, Wales and Scotland, serving clients and candidates in a wide range of industries. Our consultants bring real sector knowledge, rigorous standards, and a commitment to long-term relationships.
